Where We Ship: We proudly ship to the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Europe, and most regions worldwide. Unfortunately, we can't ship to French Polynesia, Russia, or China at the moment.

Order & Shipping Process: Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. Typically, we dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. As soon as it ships, we’ll email you the tracking info so you can follow its journey.

Track Your Order: Stay updated on your order’s status by using your order number and email on our tracking page. You’ll see updates like Ordered > In Process > Shipped > In Transit > Out for Delivery > Delivered.

Changes or Cancellations: We work fast to get your orders out, so changes or cancellations can’t always be guaranteed. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@bayelle.com.

Delayed or Missing Orders: We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but unforeseen delays can happen. If your order seems delayed, double-check your shipping address and allow for a few extra days. If it’s been more than 30 days, get in touch with us at support@bayelle.com and we’ll assist you. If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, check around your property and with neighbors. If it still hasn’t turned up, reach out to us within 7 business days.

Missing or Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, email us at support@bayelle.com within 3 business days. Include your order number, a photo of what you received, and your shipping label, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Bayelle Warranties

Lifetime Color Warranty:

If you encounter a gold or silver color issue with your jewelry, you can submit a claim at any time. Once your claim is approved, you will be eligible for either a replacement or store credit. Please note that gifted jewelry is eligible for store credit only, which will be calculated based on the promotional discount applied to the item.

Be sure to retain any damaged items for future warranty claims. Only items purchased directly from bayelle.com are covered under our warranty. Mystery products and free gifts are excluded from warranty coverage. Bayelle Jewelry reserves the right to decline any warranty claim at its discretion.

Broken/Faulty Item Warranty:

If you receive a faulty item or if a piece of jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect, you have 90 days from the delivery date to submit a claim. Once your claim is approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Please note that gifted jewelry is eligible for store credit only, which will be calculated based on the promotional discount applied to the item.

Make sure to keep any damaged items for future warranty claims. Warranty coverage applies only to items purchased from bayelle.com. Mystery products and free gifts are not eligible for warranty coverage. Bayelle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim at its discretion.

Coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

Does not include:

  • Lost jewelry
  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and minor damage
  • Damage caused by improper use or storage
